Assessment of predictors of the development of heavy forms of SARS-CoV-2 during pregnancy

Aim: To evaluate the clinical significance of factors predisposing to severe form SARS-CoV-2 virus infection during pregnancy. Material and methods study. 240 pregnant women with signs acute respiratory disease were examined. All subjected general clinical, obstetrical, clinical-laboratory examination (general analysis blood, urine, biochemical blood tests, coagulogram, PCR diagnostic test verify SARS-CoV-2). confirm diagnosis “community-acquired pneumonia” chest X-ray in two projections or computed tomography was performed. Results. Severe forms coronavirus most frequently diagnosed 20–29-year (34.3%) 30–39-year (51.4%) age groups, who lived an urban setting (82.9%), a low level education (85.7%), high index extragenital pathology (100%), third trimester pregnancy (67.7%). Conclusion. Risk for include ranges 20-39 years; live setting; education; pathology; third-trimester women.
